Linking wordpress.com free domain to self hosted server

    Hi, A bit of background – I have a domain jayaptephotography.com that expired recently but was self hosted with an Australian hosting company. The domain was registered with wordpress.com. Now that it’s expired, obviously the jayaptephotography.com site isn’t working. However, I’ve come to realise that jayaptephotography.wordpress.com should be sufficient for me i.e. the free wordpress.com domain. I want to now link up my jayaptephotography.wordpress.com domain to my self hosted server. Could anyone point me in the right direction on how I can achieve this please? Thanks in advance.
