linking/sharing to facebook page

  When I want to share a blog post to my facebook page, it will not go there. It just keeps going to my personal page instead of my business kind of page. Yes, I tell it where it should go, and it goes to the other place anyway. Can you help?

  Hi there! Could you please tell me how you’re sharing your post on your Facebook page? Are you using Publicize, sharing buttons, or cutting/pasting a link directly on your wall?

  Also, please give me an example URL of a post you’re attempting to link from Facebook. If your Facebook profile is public, please add a link to your wall so I’m able to take a look at that as well.

  Yes, I will try. Ok, if I am in my wordpress post, there was something that asked if I wanted to share the post to facebook. And now, I don’t know where that was, unfortunately. So, I clicked on whatever it was to share it. Then, it asked me if I would like it to go to my facebook personal site or to my business page. I clicked on the business page. But then, it showed up on the personal facebook. I tried it twice yesterday, and both times, it went to the wrong place. This morning, I tried a test, and it didn’t go to either place, so far. I see on my wordpress page, it says if I want to continue to facebook, I need to switch from using facebook (business) to facebook as myself. I don’t want to switch to the personal. Very confusing.

  Hi there, If you are logged into your personal Facebook account when you click a sharing button under a WordPress.com blog post, it will post to that Facebook account. If you continue to use this manually sharing method, you must be logged into the Facebook account where you want to post to appear.

  If you would prefer for the system to be automated, so new posts to your site automatically appear on your business Facebook account, you can set up Publicize for your site. That way, you won’t have to log into/out of Facebook in order for your post to link correctly. Those instructions can be found here:
