  how can i set up a section for people to register for an online class/seminar form this website and link it to the zoom class im going to create?

  There are third party plugins out there that can help you do what you want

  Video Conferencing with Zoom

  However, in case you want to add these plugins to a site hosted on managed WordPresss.com, you will need to subscribe to WordPress.com Business plan.

  Alternatively, you have option to create your site on open-source self-hosted WordPress.org where you can install the plugins without the need to buy a plan.
