Add topic to favorites
Can I hide links on my blog spot until I am ready for them to be seen??

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi mcassidy55,

What do you mean by hiding links?

If you’d like to configure the visibility of your posts, you can choose to either make them private, or to publish them at a certain time, within the post’s Edit screen itself.

Is it possible that you want to create teasers for your posts and clicking the link will provide answers to questions you pose?

No. In the Links section ( listed under dashboard) I have several links posted for text books etc. Some of the links I want to make visible only at a particular time. there is a column headed VISIBLE, but not one labeled INVISIBLE. I want to hide the links a certain times when I am not using them. The links are posted to the blog spot.

Hi mcassidy55,

You’ll have to manually edit the Visibility of the links in the Blogroll.

Another Question—I add a calendar through the widgets menu. How do I post dates to my calendar??

The calendar widget simply highlight dates you publish posts on http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/calendar-widget/
