You need to take a deep breath and read what follows. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only blogs that can be equipped for ecommerce are those with the $299. per year business upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
