  Hi! Can I insert a link at the top of a page and it linked to a topic on the same page but further down? For example, say I have 3 columns of medical services. I want the user to click on the service and be brought to the topic on the same page…

  Yes it is possible to create “page jump” links by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/splitting-content/page-jumps/

  In your site menu, you can link to the page jump URLs you created by adding “custom link” tabs to your menu, as mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/#add-menu-items
