  Hi there,

  Can you confirm the URL of the site you need help with?

  I checked both sites listed in your WordPress.com account, but both of them contain only demo content and haven’t been updated since they were first created in 2018.

  Hello there,

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to the theme developers for further assistance with getting that button to work there.

  Also, you may also want to reach out to the hosting provider as I can’t see a site load when I visit that URL.
