You do not need anyone’s permission to insert links into your posts or into your Links (blogroll).

I am sorry to have bothered you. I just can’t get one of your waring posts out of my mind. You had mentioned that someone using wordpress.com posted a link or mentioned a link about a rape center and becuse the link had a donation section, her entire blog was shut down. Both these links wil ahve a nonprofit donation section. Is tha okay?

It depends: if you want to be completely sure that everything is okay, ask staff directly via the Support button on your dashboard. It is their call.
