  under my header there are links “gallery visit and torch singer” I have no idea how I got them there are how to remove them. Thank you for any Help I can get

  Your theme automatically includes your pages in the menu bar.

  You can override this with your own menu at Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
