  Hi, I´m trying to link from one blogspost to another but really i don´t know how to do it. Any tip would be nice! Thanks

  Go to the post you want to link to: once it’s displayed you can copy its URL either in the URL bar in your browser or right click on the title > copy link url.
  then go to the post you’re writing, select the phrase you want to add a link to and paste the url.

  I’m not sure you can use relative links (without “http://yourblog.wordpress.com/”) I was earching for an anwser and hit on your post.
