links and too many email

    I would really appreciate help with my blog heavensentgems.wordpress.com.
    1). I am trying to add links to others posts/pages on my website. I’ve posted requests for help with this on the forums but I still don’t understand. Does itheme2 not support links?
    2). Also yesterday, I had about 20 (repetitive) emails in my inbox from wordpress.com.news
    Are there settings I need to change?
