Links at the top of the page

    Hey guys, I am terribly confused!
    i have recently purchased and installed this theme (http://www.wpnow.com/demo/#elements)

    Now im issue is i cant seem to figure out how to add links like the blue text, im sure this is something simple with a bit of css editing included but i jsut cant figure it out!

    also once this is done how do you make those links/pages show posts from just a specific category, and how could you make one link out to a different site?
