Links, Change Photos

    I received an answer to my three questions but they were accidently deleted. I want to know the following:

    1. How do I add links of other companies to my side bar or photos to the side bar

    2. How do I have the most recent post put at the top, instead of the that is currently at the top … continuing to be there ALL THE TIME

    3. What is the fastest way to get people to your Blog. I know it takes time… but what is good way to start, especially if you are featuring good information.
