Links & copyright language in footer

  Hi – I have two questions regarding the footer material that appears on every page of my website. I’m working in the Argent theme.

  1. In the footer, I want to draw attention to a Facebook page. It appears I can only add text without linking to a website. Is it possible to add a hyperlink in this section to my text that reads “Find us on Facebook at ‘URL'”, so site visitors can click on it and automatically be directed to the Facebook page?

  2. At the very bottom of all pages on the site, below the footer where I’m including the copy mentioned above, is the copy that reads “Proudly powered by WordPress. | Theme: Argent by Automattic.” On other websites, I’ve noticed additional text added to this section. Is it possible to add my company copyright language to this section, either alongside or below, the WordPress and theme language?
