Links created on the blog are incorrectly formed

For some reason, all created content on the blog has the prefix https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1/ Making a new page or post also has the permalink as https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1/ instead of youngtouch.wordpress.com. The only solution I can think of is to delete the blog and try again, but I will lose the name. This appears to be a server-side issue, so can a staff member inform me of what to do?

Do not delete anything!
There’s a wide-spread technical “invalid activation key” issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond all reporting the same issue. All have been flagged for Staff attention. That’s what you need help with and I suggest taking a break for a few hours and return. Hopefully, Staff will have fixed this by then.
