Links disappeared, used validator, still can’t fix

  The links on the right-hand column disappeared. I used validator and said the problems were on line 480. I copied the source code in notepad and looked up line 480 and it showed a tag. I deleted the tag but the problems still persist and validator blames the same lines.

  Can anyone help me, please?
