LINKS – do not understand why they aren't working… inside text and image

  I inserted http://www.pravdastudios.com/content/studios/pravdafilmstillcatalog/PravdaFilmStillCatalog.pdf into my link url on an image, thinking that the if you click on the image it would take you to the document – it just enlarged the image. So I take the link url inside the image editor only takes you to a larger image? Can I not have the image linkable to another site/document?

  So, then, I inserted the above link url into the text of the post and when you click on it – it takes you to a page on the blog that says “ooh this is embarrassing but we cannot find what you are looking for” (something to that affect)… Thinking something was wrong with the url I was given, I put it in my browser and went to the document just fine. Will you please tell me what is going on? Now I’m wondering if any of my other links work…

  1) The image link isn’t working because you haven’t added the URL of the pdf into the Link URL field of the image. Perhaps you forgot to click Update (image) then Update (post).
  2) The text link isn’t working because you have omitted the http part of the URL.
