Links dont appear in comments I make

  The link to my blog doesn’t appear over my name on the comments I make on other wordpress blogs when I am already logged in my wordpress account.
  However, the link appears when I am logged out and manually fill in the details while commenting.
  Is there any option through which I can get the link even while commenting after logging in?
