Links in Button not working

  When I add hyperlink on the button. It doesn’t work.

  For example, if I add “www.amazon.com” on button. When I click on button it opens myblog/www.amazon.com instead of http://www.amazon.com.

  Can anyone help me how to fix this issue?

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to rialroomsite.wordpress.com? I’m asking because that site has no content.

  No this is for the other website I am developing.

  But I figured it out how to resolve the issue.

  So in the button (doesn’t matter if you are using third party plugins or use wordpress button) whenever we enter the link like “www.xyz.com” it won’t work. With this on clicking the button it will open “yourblog.com/www.xyz.com”

  The external link should start from “http://“. That means if you want the button to open http://www.xyz.com then you must give the link like “http://www.xyz.com”
