Links in Caption of Images

  Hi, every time I link a word…for example “Michaels” within a caption from my photo is shows the hyperlink in edit mode. But once I save changes or update post…it disappears on the actual post? What am I doing wrong? Is it because it’s a photo caption?

  It’s because it’s a photo caption. You cannot put code within the WP.com caption code.

  You can always type a line below the photo to make it look like a caption, and you can put a link in that. But it’s a bit fiddly.

  Thanks, that’s exactly what I did. Although, I thought it looked better with the captions. But the links are important for me and need to be there.
