Links in posts are blank

  I wrote up a post with many links to other pages and when I published the blog the text that should have been links was not there. There was no text, nothing to click, and no links.

  So what should have looked like:

  Ohayocon
  January 27-29, Columbus, OH

  Comes up as:

  January 27-29, Columbus, OH

  Any ideas why? I edited my post and removed the links fyi.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That link takes me to information about domain names? I did not use that information.

  I did however use: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/ Even though some of the images are different.

  Oh my goodness! I failed clear my browser and posted the wrong link above. I’m so sorry but also happy that you posted the correct link.
  Can you describe exactly what happens when you follow those instructions?

  Also which browser and browser version are you using?
  Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?
  If your browser version is outdated you can upgrade it here.

  I am using Google Chrome and have updated to the newest version while trying to figure this all out.

  I have cleared cache and cookies.

  Wrote the post and put int the links and it looks like: < a href=”http://www.ohayocon.org” title=”www.ohayocon.org”>< / a > Without the added spaces at the beginning and end.

  I have tried to add a link back into the post: This post

  The first event should say: Ohayocon – http://www.ohayocon.org

  I have been having the exact same issue in my posts recently. I’ve cleared the browser cache and cookies and my browser is completely up to date. I’m using Safari.

  Not sure what to do about this, but any help is appreciated!

  Note there is no anchor text and that’s why the link is not active. Note below Ohayocon

  That works! But I am not sure how or why the anchor text is not created when I use the link feature in the tool bar?

  You type the anchor text in first. Then you use your mouse to highlight the anchor text ie. to “select” it. Then you click the link icon and the pop-up box appears for you to type the URL etc. into.
