Links in wrong place
-
I have set up a forum in the ‘write a book’ format, and followed the instructions in the FAQ for this.
However, the links I created only appear under the heading ‘Blogroll’ in the sidebar. I was expecting them on the actual pages. How can I move them to the pages? It would be helpful to find out how to rename ‘Blogroll’ to something else too, I don’t like it.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog linked to your nick doesn’t seem to be the one you’re talking about. Link to the blog in question please.

Er, that’s a private blog, so again we cannot see what you’re talking about. You should temporarily set it to the middle privacy option. If for some reason you cannot do that, describe what you need in detail, also let us know which theme you’re using.

I’ve answered the link problem: I used the dashboard Add Link because the page link icon was greyed out and didn’t work. Using the function key (alt shift A) now puts the link in the page OK.
I’d still like to rename Blogroll, I have asked Alaundre how he did it in his post of May 28.
Many thanks -
The title of the links widget will be the first (alphabetical) links category assigned to the links. If you have more than one “links” category, then the individual groups of links assigned to a particular category will be listed under that title in the widget.

Finally did this, but it’s such a convoluted procedure!
Why not: Right-click on name of widget and select ‘Rename’…
Thanks for your help.
