Links keep turning blue on random posts
-
Hello,
Links in my posts keep changing to blue, despite the fact that they have been set to a certain colour and blue is not in my theme’s colour scheme.
I’d love to stop this from happening if possible. It really doesn’t go with the overall vibe of the site. :P
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

@crowcrosskeys Hi there,
I’d love to stop this from happening if possible. It really doesn’t go with the overall vibe of the site. :PI agree and it is weird that you are reporting this.
I have just scoured your website’s content and could not find a single occurrence.Could you share a specific link from where this is happening?
By the way, with your plan you can access further support options from this link:

The links in the bio at the bottom of the post. It does it in multiple browsers for me. But it doesn’t always. That’s why it’s so baffling. Every time it happens, I check in at least two browsers.

@crowcrosskeys Hi there,
The links in the bio at the bottom of the post.Yep, I can see this also and have discovered the cause.
Currently, you have the Seedlet theme active:
https://wordpress.com/theme/seedletFrom the following screenshot, it appears that you are using a block group, as the code reveals in the second and third lines:

In the fourth line it also reveals that you have set custom values for justifying the text alignment, the size of it …and setting a custom colour. Here is that bit:
class="has-text-align-justify has-link-color has-small-font-size"Therefore, in order to avoid having this occur again in the future you need to make sure that you are not styling the links you add to your content.
This might be a great idea to incorporate in reusable blocks, or reusable block groups, for your situation also.
Here is the related document on the reusable blocks:

Therefore, in order to avoid having this occur again in the future you need to make sure that you are not styling the links you add to your content.To clarify a bit further, for now, you need to go ahead and select that bit of content on said post and edit the link colour from the block options on the sidebar.
From then on, keep its extra styling options in mind when publishing content in the future.
Hope this helps a bit further!
