Links missing to purchase an upgraded plan

    I was sent a promotional email offering me 25% off of the personal plan. It says I should be able to upgrade my account for $26.91 but there is no way for me to add a plan to my shopping cart when I go onto the my plan page. There are no links to add any packages on that page. How can I upgrade my plan before this promo expires?

    Hi, @nadstx,

    I wasn’t aware WordPress.com has a promotional offering right now. It is my understanding they don’t offer promotions but things have been changing recently, so I won’t assume that is still the case. :)

    Be sure you are the administrator of the site that you wish to upgrade, when visiting the My Sites->Plans page.

    Also, what is the site you are looking to upgrade? That would be a good start.

    I tried clicking through your profile and nothing went through, so there may be another issue going on. Let me know.
