links not functioning inside of presentation shortcode [presentation]

    I’m using the presentation shortcode on a number of pages on a site I’m creating. links within the presentation are not working on click.( I can right click on the link and open in a new tab or click on the link itself when I open it in firebug and it works)

    this seems to be sitewide I’m using presentations on six pages within the site and have tested links within other presentations.
    I haven’t added or upgraded plugins in the last week.

    I’m closing the slides and presentation and everything else functions including easy fancybox popups.

    please help, the inability to use links really reduces the usefulness of the plugin
