Links not showing on front end

Hello.
First of all, I want to say that I’ve checked support and other questions on forum. I understand that some links are not allowed, but also I’ve found discussions where WP.com staff explained (or tried to) how to use links instead and resolve similar problem as mine.
The problem is, when I input link into my post, and publish it, you can’t see the link. Links that I’ve put on my post were not offensive. Just reference on topic from a news site from my country.
Also while I’m here..
I’ve made a menu with categories. When you click on a category it doesn’t show the whole posts of that category, just first few lines. Is it possible to set it to show full post after you open a category in menu?Thank you very much.

Only some theme provide full posts in Categories pages and on Archives pages. there is no way to expand them as we cannot edit the underlying code. The best choice is to select another theme. Here’s a list > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/full-posts-in-archive-pages/

I’ve managed to put links in post but only if I use visual editor, in HTML editor problem starts… my code for a link wasn’t wrong because I used button in HTML editor to create link.
Thank you for answer regarding categories menu (archives etc.). I’ll see what is my next step now.
I would like to make this ticket closed, I don’t see a button now here to do so :)
