links not working

  What’s going on here? Trying to use some plain old text links on this page:

  http://www.divorceandrelationshiprecovery.org/contact-form

  and when a user clicks on either ‘one-time gift’ or ‘recurring contribution,’ he/she just gets a blank white page. When you hover over those links, you can see – and copy – the destination addresses, and you can verify that those pages are working. I am mystified, and I really need this to work soon! Would appreciate any guidance or ideas!
