links not working

  I’m trying to link some words in my blog and the links are not working. They all come up as en.wordpress and take me to a totally different page in wordpress. Have another blog and did not have this problem.
  HELP

  In a nutshell free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM cannot be used to drive traffic to third-party sites by means of advertising and/or affiliate program links (see next section for more clarity).
