If you bought the theme you can get support on their site. -

Sorry to hear you don’t feel like this helps! I think the first thing to understand is that, what many people don’t realise at first, a website on WordPress.com, is a completely different thing from a website that you host for yourself somewhere else, known as WordPress.org.

These forums that you are posting in are only for users of the WordPress.com platform. So, websites that are registered and managed through WordPress.com.
Right – now that’s out of the way, it sounds like you have a rather frustrating problem on your hands! To me, it sounds like this might be a problem with your theme. I would suggest temporarily changing your theme to see if you still have this issue.
If changing the theme fixes your problem, then you need to head to the support for your particular theme, which I can see is ‘the minimal’. You can find the support here > https://nl.wordpress.org/themes/the-minimal/
I can also see that you are using a child theme here, which means somebody has taken a copy of ‘The Minimal’ theme and made some custom changes over top. If it wasn’t you who did this, then you should seek support from either your designer, or the person who created this child theme.
If you change the theme and still find yourself having this problem, then you really need to head to the WordPress.org forums here > https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
I promise this isn’t us trying to get rid of you! It’s just that the two different types of WordPress are very different to use, and the people on this forum really don’t know how to help you fix it! I’m sure there will be somebody over at that other link with more experience in fixing this particular type of problem.
