Links on bottom of page

  There are a bunch of links at the bottom of my blog (“blog,” FAQs,” “about,” etc.) but clicking on them only brings me to the top of the page. I’d also like to remove some. How do I fix/remove them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
