links on premium option

  Can you advise if i use the top option, can the links from this site be used to link to another website?

  Hi wgsteve! Thanks for reaching out to us for your query.

  Do you just want to link the text within your content? If so then you do not need a premium plan for that. You can do that even with free plan.

  Please let me know if I haven’t understood you properly.

  Thanks saynshare, but when i use a link in text widget, it doesn’t redirect to linked website, but comes back to wordpress site?

  I just cross checked with my blog on WordPress.com and had not problem. You can check the first widget in the sidebar named “Custom text & HTML”. The link within that will take you to external site.

  Not sure but probably you are missing something in the html code you using. Below is the sample code:

  This is an <a href="https://automattic.com" target="_blank">external link</a>.

  Please feel free to revert if you face any other problem.
