Links on separate page

  Is there any way I can add a blogroll (list of links) to a new separate page?

  I don’t see how to get a widget (in this case the Links widget) onto any page which is not the lead page.
  I would like (ideally) to have a page with Links on it and nothing else.

  I am referring to francishodgson.com and I am using Twenty Eleven.
