Links problem

    I have problem with my internal links, on some pages the links keep on changing and get broken e.g. this page [redacted] the link from a image has changed to [redacted] basically it take the / after website address away and make that the link is not working. there are other pages which have the same problem. I have tried to fix the link address manually but it keep changing after some time. So, I wonder do anyone know what is the reason and what do I have to do?

    Your host may need to help you with permalinks & redirects
