Links section not showing up

Ok I admit to not being tech minded but just noticed a problem on my blog. I am using the blog theme “Chaotic Theory” and I have just noticed my Links section is not showing up. I was there the last time I updated and when I check the dashboard it has Links as visible. I quickly changed the theme and the section did show up on that one but changing back it vanished again. I would guess its a theme problem but does anyone know how to fix it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
