links (tabs) at top of page

    I made my blog a few months ago (like 8?) so I can’t remember exactly how I added the tabs or links at the top of the page to different categories of posts (like the home one, about, and then the ones I added). I want to add a new one now. Could someone give me some step by step instructions on how to add a new one?
