Links to External Websites Won’t Work

    Links to external websites won’t work (eg. Donate section) on the images and buttons. It would be greatly appreciated if it can be explained why this has occurred because the links and buttons on the website have worked in the past.

    Hi there,

    Can you please confirm the URL of the site you need help with? The site you indicated here doesn’t appear to have been updated since November 2019, and I don’t see a Donate section anywhere on that site.

    If that’s the correct site, can you specify in more detail exactly what buttons and images used to be linked, that aren’t any more? An annotated screen shot with arrows pointing to the problematic elements would be best – if you upload that directly to the site’s media library we’ll be able to see it there.
