When I link to individual posts on a blog, the link hangs and I am never able to access the page unless I log in. This is problematic since I am trying to refer others to individual posts. Please help!

Hi there, I’m sorry I’m not entirely certain I understand what it is you wish to do.
Are you on your WordPressdotcom site when you try to link to the individual posts or are you trying to link to them from a different website?
Can you give us an example of a post you are unsuccessfully trying to link to?

No, I’m not on the WordPress.com when I try to link to individual posts, but I did try while there and had the same problem. Here is one example: https://huntercollegehillaryclintonandbeyond.wordpress.com/2016/11/09/we-are-all-still-here/

Since I can see that post without problem then it’s not a question of only being visible to your site’s admins and editors.
When you say you are not on the WordPressdotcom when you try to create the link, do you mean you are using the mobile or desktop app? Could you walk us through the steps you’re taking to create the link.

It happens even when I start on the site and click on a link. Here are two links that I’ve selected to get to the individual pages, but no luck. https://huntercollegehillaryclintonandbeyond.wordpress.com/category/context-of-clinton/
I’ve tried this on a Mac using Chrome, Firefox and Safari. My colleague, who created the site, has the same problem on her PC when using Firefox. However, she said that she was able to get to the posts in IE Edge.

All the links to the posts and pages you provided load correctly on my end. I have tested them on both a Mac and a PC (Windows) across all major web browsers.
Are you and your colleague using the same internet connection to view your blog?
