Links to my blog homepage with the header picture ?

  When I copy and paste my blogs link to Facebook, it just shows a white square besides the title of my blog. How can I change this to a picture, -(the header of my blog)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please check Facebook Image Thumbnail support doc.

  Your Blavatar, not blog’s header image is used when sharing your blog’s main page on Facebook.

  I might be slow, sorry (and my english is not so good)…. : Have uploded blavatar now, but I want to share my blog, not a single post. And it is still a white picture when I copy the link in the http-address area and paste it in to a Facebook message. Probably doing something wrong -yes, and have wrong settings…. New at this… (The avatar and the avatar can be the same picture?)
