  Hi:

  I have just started a blog on “Home Business Ideas and Strategies” and wish to have some people as co-authors for the blog’s content. In return, I will then have links to my co-authors’ websites on my blog. I do not intend to profit through this links (e.g. though affiliate commissions). Is it permissible to do this by WordPress.com?

  That should be perfectly fine, as long you’re linking to normal sites, not affiliate links, shops, get-rich-quick schemes, etc.
