Links to my tag/category page

Every tag or category at the bottom of a post on my blog links to a global tag page. I want it to link to my personal tag page (a listing of my posts with the same tag). I know such pages exist. How can I achieve this?

That is the way that wordpress.com is set up, and there are only two ways to change it. Go to settings > privacy and set your blog to private or select the second option, allow normal visitors but block search engines.
The global tags pages result in a lot of search engine juice for blogs here and many get a good number of visits from those tags pages.
If you put the tag cloud and categories widget in your sidebar, then when people click on the a tag or category name in the sidebar, they will be taken to a list of only your posts in that tag or category.
