  I wondered are you allowed to link to another persons blog, that isn’t on WordPress?

  I don’t want you to close my account, I don’t understand tech talk and would love some advice.

  Want you want to do is to add a link to a non-wordpress.com blog ? Yes, you are allowed to do that, either through classical links in your content or your blogroll http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/
