Links to sermon don't work

  Links to download sermons was working fine until I reset my permalinks to fix another issue and now the download links give me:

  You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/themes/Moses/includes/mp3.php on this server.
  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  Any ideas? Website is http://www.flmweslaco.com. I am using a wordpress theme.
