  how can one create links to all tags created (and associated to the posts) at the bottom (not side bar) of the main page ?

  Hi,

  You seem to be using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you can get proper support for this over at the WordPress.org forum, this way: http://wordpress.org/support/

  (We are now on the WordPress.com forum, which only deals with sites hosted on WordPress.com)
