Links to website won't work

  Hello,

  When I put a hyperlink to my website in a work doc the link doesn’t work. A notice pops up “can not locate proxy or server.” Can you please help with this?

  Hi Anita,

  Can you point us to the page where you’ve added this link?
  Also can you share the link URL with us?

  For now, I’ll just note down the steps for adding a link –
  1) Create a post
  2) Write some text like “Click here”
  3) Select the text and press CMD+K or CTRL+K
  4) Enter the link address as “http://google.com”
  6) Save

  Now clicking on “Click here” text will take you to Google.com. You can change the link address to any other address of course :)

  Thanks for the reply. I noticed a typo in my post.

  It should be: When I put a hyperlink to my website in a WORD doc the link doesn’t work.

  I want to direct someone to my website via a link. When I click the hyperlink in the word doc, the note pops up. However, if I type the address in manually it works fine. I want the receiver of this word doc to click on the link and go directly to my website, but it keeps saying “can not locate proxy or server.”
