Links within a page

  Hi wordpress support,

  I am currently writing a page titled Vegan Glossary to add to my blog. At the top of that page, I have typed underlined letters of the alphabet in hopes of creating a link for each one. Is there a way to set up links for each underlined letter so that it could simply move down to the right place on the page??

  Posts have links and so do Pages but paragraphs in Posts and Pages do not have individual links. To create and use page jump links which is what you are describing above see:
