links work inconsistently when blog opened with custom domain

    I have two weblinks on homepage. When I use sakamotog.wordpress.com to open blog everything works fine. When I use a custom domain fogbank.com page opens but links and some wordpress menu items do not work.
    Tried clearing cache (reset Safari). Tried changing from weblink to bloglink.
    Setting of links seem identical.
    Also, could not send this request when opened with custom domain
