links/shortlinks

  I see the links,url links, one for the main page, one for the about page, I turn them into shortlinks and then what; Paste? Where?Upload? again Where? Do I still need the link that was left after I got the shortlink?Do these go on my page to link to my page or do I take them about to new places on the web to link to my pages? I would so appreciate any and all answers. Thank-you

  when u get shortlinks, u can use them to share your page/post with friends or to share it on twitter, facebook.
  To use your shortlink, copy-paste into the address bar and GO! u reach ur page/post!
