  I was told I would be refunded with 7 days and i have not received the money for this

  Do you have any additional information about the upgrade you were looking to get a refund for? The URL of the site the upgrade applied to would be very helpful.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
