    I cannot access the back pages of this site. I keep getting notifications that there are new user registration on my site. What? Please advise. If you can call me would be better.

    Hi there, We do not at this time offer phone support, however, I see your username is set up as a user on that site, but our logs are showing that your username does not have a role set for it. Without a role set, you would not have access to the site’s backend. The owner of that site, username lsuss, has access to Live Chat support. 24/7.

    You will need to log out of this account, log in with the other account, lsuss, and then set a user role for contactlisasussman at Users > All users. Click the username in the list to edit it and then set a user role and save.
