    how do i end a list to start using text again

    Hi there,

    Do you mean when you’re using the list block inside a post or a page in the editor?

    After your last list item, press Enter. That will move to a new list item. Then press Enter again, and it should remove the last new item and move the cursor to a new paragraph block again.

    You can also do this manually by clicking the + icon below the current list block, and selecting the new block you want to us. But pressing Enter twice is the quickest and simplest way :)

    If I misunderstood what you’re trying to do, please share some more details and I can take another look.
